“Natural” campsites : Wake up in a dewy fresh meadow...

Natural campsites, on grassy, shaded grounds with a good aspect, and accessible in all weathers, are great places to stay as there are never more than 25 pitches (each pitch measuring between 300 & 400 sq. m.).

They are often located close to a farm with the added delights of being able to purchase local farm produce and savour local specialities. The ideal holiday for making new friends, enjoying the outdoor life and using leisure facilities provided by the owners.

The Gîtes de France quality label is your guarantee of clearly defined levels of comfort (1, 2, 3 & 4 ‘épis’ ) and adherence to a national charter. All ‘natural’ campsites are classified in accordance with their setting, the level of comfort and services they offer. They are all checked and if necessary reclassified every 4 years.

“Traditional” campsites :

"Traditional" campsites have a maximum of 150 pitches (measuring between 80 & 100 sq. m.) and offer special events and leisure facilities designed to give the whole family a great holiday.

They have a rating of 1 to 4 stars (this classification being decided by the Prefecture) according to the nature and number of facilities available (pitch size, number of toilet blocks, etc.). Some campsites also have holiday chalets and mobile homes for rent.
